Refund & Return Policy – Peakpro USA

Thank you for shopping with Peakpro USA! Please read our return and refund policy carefully to ensure a smooth experience.


Applicable Regions

This policy applies to customers in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the United Kingdom.


Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

  • Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.


How to Initiate a Return

To begin your return or exchange request:

  1. Email us at info@peakprousa.com with:

    • Your order number

    • A brief reason for return

    • Photos and/or video of the item (must include the issue and serial number if applicable)

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Scenarios

If the Product is Defective or Damaged

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Provide photos and videos showing the issue.

  • Upon verification, you’ll be eligible for a full refund, including the return shipping cost (excluding expedited shipping).

If You Change Your Mind

  • You can still return the product, but:

    • You are responsible for two-way shipping costs (return + original delivery).

    • The item must be in resalable condition and original packaging.

  • Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll issue a refund minus our shipping cost.

Important: Products returned used, damaged, or not in original packaging may not qualify for a refund. Replenishment fees may apply.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized, converted, or special-order products

  • Products labeled as: "Made to Order", "Customized Invoice", "Final Sale"

  • Items from Inventory or Discontinued Sales


Return Process

  1. Submit Your Request

    • Reply to your order confirmation or email us directly at info@peakprousa.com.

    • Include order details, return reason, and request (refund, exchange, or store credit).

  2. Package the Item

    • Ensure everything is packed in the original packaging.

    • Include all components and materials.

  3. Ship the Item

    • Take photos of the inside and outside of the package before shipping.

    • Use a traceable, insured shipping method.

    • Send us the tracking number and shipping receipt to info@peakprousa.com.

    • If the return is due to a verified defect, your return shipping cost will be reimbursed.


Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection.

  • If approved, we’ll issue the refund and send an email confirmation.

  • Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

We must receive the returned product to process a refund. If you refuse delivery or fail to return the product, a refund cannot be issued.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before processing at our warehouse.

  • If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return.

  • Return shipping will be at your expense.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Re-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company.

  3. Contact your bank (processing time may vary).
