What's Covered?

If you experience any quality issues within 1 year of installation, please contact us with the following:

  • Photos and/or videos showing the issue

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the problem

🔧 Important: Installation must be completed by a professional electrician. Any damage or malfunction caused by improper installation is not covered by this warranty.


What Happens Next?

  • If the issue is due to defective accessories, we’ll ship a free replacement via express.

  • For more complex issues (such as circuit failures), our engineers will help identify and troubleshoot the cause. Most problems are resolved within 1–2 business days.


What's Not Covered?

  • Improper use or handling

  • Damage caused by unauthorized modification or installation

  • Natural disasters

  • Man-made damage
